Jerri, I am very sorry to hear you feel $12 is too much to spend on a handcrafted, hand-painted clay ring dish. I do hope you are enjoying it, and it's useful. You are correct that my production time is a bit longer than most shops, yet I supply my customers with that info in the listing, so they are aware of the time it will take to receive. If, and when I am late on an order, I notify the buyer because customer service is important to me. Your order was shipped within my documented production timeline.
