Returns and exchanges
All our items are vintage or antique and therefore have been lovingly used. We provide multiple photos and accurate descriptions of all our items, including any flaws. We also pack our items very carefully and request "fragile" handling when shipped. Therefore, we do not offer refunds; if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and return it to us at your own expense, we will offer you "store credit" equal to your original purchase, which you can apply to other items in our shop.
Payment
We accept credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout and Paypal. We also accept personal checks, but items are not shipped until the check has cleared; mail checks to Crest Hill Antiques, PO Box 450, The Plains, VA 20198, and include a phone number or email address in case we have questions. Thank you!
Shipping
We ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We use USPS First Class mail; tracking and insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or Express Mail (overnight delivery) is available at additional cost; please email us to inquire: crest-hill [!at] hotmail.com.
