All jewelry on my Store are handmade using top quality materials like Sterling Silver, Freshwater Pearls, Swarovski Crystals, Swarovski Pearls, Rhodium Plated Components and Gemstones.
You will find unique models for earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants that are suitable from little girls to beautiful ladies.
All the Swarovski components used in my store are purchased from official suppliers.
All the items will be packaged in a gift box ready for gift giving.

All orders shipped within Canada are shipped as Tracked Packet with insurance and tracking number and the delivery time frame for this shipping method is 2-6 business days depending by location.
*** SHIPPING TO USA***
The orders containing up to three items shipped in USA are shipped as Standard Shipping which is uninsured and untraceable shipping method.
Delivery time frame for this shipping method is 7-10 business days.
Please contact me if you are located in US and purchase up to three items and wish to add insurance and tracking number for $7.00.
The multiple items orders (3+ items) are always shipped as a Tracked Packet.
Delivery time frame for this shipping method is 7-8 business days.
XpressPost for USA takes about 3-4 business days for delivery from Canada to the USA and costs $32.00.
*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS (non USA)***
All international order are shipped as Standard Shipping (NO tracking number).
The delivery time frame for this shipping method is 10-14 business days.
Please contact me if you are located out of Canada or USA and wish to add insurance and tracking number for you order.
Once the items are shipped without tracking number, I have no further control on their delivery. The shipments will be delivered to you by your local postal service.
I AM NOT PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for shipments that were not delivered or delayed by your local customs.
Please make sure you specified during check out the correct and complete shipping address for your order.
Please note that each country has it's own tax and customs laws, customers are responsible for these if they come up.

Refunds and Exchanges
If your order does not meet your expectations in any way, a return or exchange may be done.
If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund excluding 40% (representing PayPal fee, Etsy fee, processing fee) plus the shipping costs.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST.
The return must be shipped back immediately.
Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.
For refunds and exchanges, Please do not return any jewelry without contacting me first.
Please note that items MUST be returned to me in their original and UNUSED condition. ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if I receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. I will not refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
For returned items from outside of Canada, please note that any fees related to duty/custom taxes are your responsibility.
Custom pieces, personalized items and multiple items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
