Payment is required at the time you place your order. Your orders will only be shipped once payment clears.
Most of the products shown on the page are available, so I can dispatch orders within 3 days of receiving them, with the exception of weekend orders and bank holidays, in these cases this may be stretched up to 4 or 5 days. Any exceptions to this timescale will appear in my shop announcement.
To EU countries I ship once a week; to the other countries I ship every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. All the deliveries are made after receiving payment. My shop uses standard shipping via national post airmail to send all of the items.
Shipping cost includes packaging, handling and postal cost.
If you wish to upgrade the shipping of your package with an insurance service, please contact me before buying.
Your order will take within 10 to 20 days to arrive (sometimes even longer, due to customs). Orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy account, so please be sure your address is correct and up to date.
If you would like to pay for a private carrier (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS) and receive your item faster please contact me directly.
As a seller, I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country so, please, make sure you are aware of your country's import charges for leather goods. Also, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will try to solve the problem. Refund is always possible if we are contacted within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the costs to send back the item. Please make sure you use a tracking service when sending any items back.
Before returning your item, please contact us with your order information. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the client.
Before leaving me a negative feedback, please contact me first and I will do my best to find the right solution for both of us. There is 'No Refund' if you leave me a negative feedback without contacting me first.
Custom Made is welcome but there is NO REFUND for it, I made the bags based by your specifications, and there is an extra effort to make it for you, so I won't take it back or refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.
