I work extremely hard to ensure that every piece of jewelry that I create is unique and well made. I want you to be happy, so if you aren't let me know and we'll try to work it out together.The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping, except in the case of a defect. Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.

All domestic purchases will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, promptly after payment. Shipping will include delivery confirmation.

International buyers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival. International shipping may take a much longer time to arrive and I cannot be responsible for any shipping delays, lost, or damaged items.

It is illegal to fill out customs forms with lesser values or as gifts (unless it is a actually a gift), so please dont ask.

Additional policies and FAQs
A word about patinas. All patina are surface treatments, whether they are chemical, such as on silver or flame (heat created) as on bronze and copper. Patinas change slowly over time, this is inevitable. Body chemistry has a lot to do with these changes. Patinas remain unchanged for a long time on the jewelry that I wear, but may change more quickly for you, depending on your chemistry. On my pendants I apply a hand applied coat of jewelry grade wax to prevent loss of patina. Please care for your jewelry by not applying perfume or hair spray while you are wearing it. Patinas are a part of the life of a piece and will only improve with time.
