Announcement   Hi and welcome to my shop Crittique, featuring my new line of handmade earrings, that are called "mPERFEKtion".

mPERFEKtion earrings were birth out of a desire to create a line of jewelry that are uniquely different. The connotation behind the name is to show that nothing is perfect. The flaw is the surprise element that makes each piece of jewelry so different.

Each earring has its own style and showmanship, paired together either with a similar piece or another that is totally opposite of its own kind, giving birth to a unique and eye catching end-product. Wood is the main material that is used in each design, that is either stained with a non-toxic solution or painted with acrylic paints. Art designs are created by using the pyrography technique, where designs are achieved by burning the art on to the surface of the wood with a heated metallic point.

The natural and earthy tones that are in the jewelry make great accessories to any outfit whether it be casual or not.

Enjoy!!!

Additional policies and FAQs
When photographing artwork, there is always a tendency to experience color loss from the original piece. I would also like to note that when working with wood, there are no two pieces alike or the exact same size, and there are always visual knots (dark spots), etc. ranging from small to large. This is why the earrings are labeled "mPERFEKtion", they're not perfect. So if you see a flaw, don't be surprised, this is what gives each piece its unique look. Therefore, if you have any questions at all about a piece of jewelry, or would like to see additional images, don’t hesitate to contact me.
