Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I will issue refunds under these conditions:

- To receive a refund, I need to receive the item first. As soon as I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund.

- Buyer MUST pay for return shipping charges.

- ONCE A PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

- IF TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, AND YOU SUSPECT YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN, PLEASE FILE A POLICE REPORT. I can't do anything about a stolen package. If you can provide proof that you filed a police report for your suspected stolen package, I will then issue a refund.

- For international orders, if your package is held up in customs, I have no control over the package. You must go pick up the package and pay the customs fee. I will not pay any customs fees. If you are no longer interested in the item you ordered, I will not issue a refund until customs returns the package to me.
Payment
Please make payment via credit card or Paypal. Checks can be mailed, but items will not be shipped until the check has been received and cleared.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! I've had a couple customers try, and it was stolen. :(

If you need to cancel an order, let me know asap! I can issue a refund asap. However, if I have already shipped your order, I cannot issue a refund until the item was returned to me.
Shipping
All items are shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received. Unless you have requested a special order, I will let you know specifically how long it will take to ship!

Shipping in the Unites States:

- I always use United States Postal Service. (USPS) I will ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail for bags, and USPS First Class Mail for buttons and art prints. Tracking numbers are provided via Etsy as soon as I have printed your shipping label.

- USPS Priority includes insurance. First Class does not include insurance.

- I DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DEADLINE. I will ship as quick as possible, but I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

- If tracking information indicates your item has been delivered, but you have not received the item, I will be happy to contact USPS to look into the matter. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping outside of the United States:

- I use USPS International First class shipping. It can take anywhere from 6 days to 3 weeks.

- I DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DEADLINE. I will ship as quick as possible, but I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

- If tracking information indicates your item has been delivered, but you have not received the item, I will be happy to contact USPS to look into the matter. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT THE UNITED STATES, I DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OVER IT. Any issues need to be addressed to your local post office/mail provider.

- I WILL NOT pay for customs fees. Buyer takes responsibility for any customs or taxes required in their country.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are high quality! I double check for any sort of flaws before shipping. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, please let me know. Please provide a photo if possible.

Colors of prints, buttons, and decals may vary on different computer screens. (Especially with the buttons and decals, the smooth surfaces don't photograph well. They look nicer in person than in photos!) I create digital sample images, which is the best option to provide the most accurate displays of colors and details. I DO NOT GUARANTEE COLORS WILL BE EXACTLY THE SAME SHADES AS SEEN ON SCREEN.

ALLERGY ALERT! I HAVE 2 CATS!!!! They stay away from my items, I keep all bags put away in cabinets and boxes until I get them ready for shipping. I always double check that my items do not get any cat hair on them. However, I cannot guarantee a 100% animal dander free item.

When requesting text to be added to bags, please be sure to double check the spelling of the requested text. I will copy and paste your text exactly as you typed it. I DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSPELLED TEXT.

Special requests like original art, or significant edits can take longer than a standard order. I will not be able to guarantee special requests within any predetermined amount of time. I work pretty fast though! Also I will not start any special requests unless payment is received.

I cannot offer free items to any charities at this time. Sorry about that! ^^"
