handmade items are so full of character. each piece has it's own "personality" and I love working with them. If I don't like the way something is turning out I will pull it apart and put it back together until I am happy with it.
I simply can not keep everything that I make because I will run out of room very quickly. So, when I sell an item I believe that you will love it as much as I do. It makes me feel better about parting with it if I am sending the piece to a loving home.

I will not ship you an item that I would not want to receive myself.
With that said, if you encounter a problem upon arrival of the product, please contact me within 2 days of arrival and we will see what we can do. many of my items are one of a kind and you might not be able to receive an exact replacement of the item.

All sales of PDF files are final.

Please be certain of your purchase before buying. I hope you will understand I will not be able to accept a return if you simply change your mind.

I accept payment via PayPal.
Shipping
my shipping rates are listed as the closest amount I can guess and also includes a delivery of confirmation. that is why there is a difference in the charge listed in the store and what is postage paid on the package.
on occasion the postage and delivery confirmation will exceed the amount I have charged you. when this happens I waive any further fees.

I will not be able to ship an item until I have received payment.
I will ship your order as soon as it is possible.

PDF files are available for immediate download. you will be sent and email from Etsy with directions and a link to download your order. if you have not received your email from them, please check your junk mail filters before you contact me. then please contact me before you contact etsy. I would show the same courtesy.
it is up to you to download your pattern. if you are having trouble with it please contact me and I can send it too you on your request.
in the event that you have not downloaded your pdf purchase, I will contact you once with a reminder.


all physical orders are shipped via USPS at the soonest possible mailing opportunity. ex: if I receive your order after 11:00am central time on a Saturday, I will ship the order Monday morning.

all my patterns have a copyright. I ask that you do not sell the finished product online. I do not wish to have competition for my own designs. I thank you for your understanding.

However, if you choose to sell the finished product at your local craft sales and farmer's markets, please credit me for the design.

regarding requested items.
if you contact me about making one of my items in a new color, or size, etc. and I accept the request, I have accepted it as an order and will proceed in making the requested item. I will then list it as a reserved order.

if a reserved order remains in my shop for 4 weeks and it has not been purchased, or I have not been contacted by the 'buyer' in that time, I will then remove the reservation on the item and who ever buys it gets it.
