1 out of 5 starsI ordered this on August 30th, it’s been over 2 1/2 months and even with contacting the shop, this item still hasn’t even shipped. I am exceptionally sorry to have attempted to order this for my girlfriend’s birthday.

Wow, first, I am so sorry to hear that you never received your package. The turn around time on this item is six weeks. So even though, you placed the order the evening of August 30th, the earliest it would've shipped would've been mid-October. When you contacted me, I stated the item was about to ship and sorry for the delay. The item did ship as promised. Unfortunately, it did ship late. I'm sorry if you have not received it, but you did not contact me telling me that it wasn't received. I haven't heard anything from you since I started the item was about to ship. I'm so sorry you're frustrated with your transaction from my shop and will happily replace the item since it hasnt been received. I would have done so earlier if I knew you never received it.
