Easy, no hassle returns! Please convo me within 7 days of receipt, if you'd like to return your item, or for a refund. All items shall be in the original, unused condition, in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued only after I receive your items. Shipping (both ways) is at the expense of the customer, and is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for custom orders.

Payment is due at the time of purchase via PayPal. If you are not ready to make your purchase, convo me and I will create a reserved listing for you. Reserved listings will be held for 2 days before the order is cancelled.

All purchases will arrive carefully packaged, wrapped in tissue, in a jewelry box, with my signature packaging. Please allow me a day or so to get them ready for you and shipped. You will recieve an email once your item has been mailed.

I ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation, for your security and my own.

All items will be shipped to your PayPal address.

It is $2.99 to ship within the United States, $.50 for additional items.

It is $7 to ship internationally, $.50 for additional items. International buyers, please be aware there may be additional customs and/or shipping fees that may occur. These can vary by country, and are not included in the shipping costs here. You will be responsible for these charges.

It is $18 for express/over night mail. Please contact me BEFORE you make a purchase if you require this option. Sorry, no express international shipments.

The jewelry shown here is my best ability to accurately represent what it is you will recieve. These items are pictured magnified to show detail, so please read the description for size information. If you need to see the item modeled, or have any questions, don't hesitate to convo me.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders, due before I begin. Final payment is due on completion of order.

Due to the handcrafted nature of custom items shown here, please be aware that there may be some variation in size when ordering multiples of the same item. Most gemstones are cut by hand, and unless pairs are matched specifically, no two are exactly alike. I will do my absolute best to accurately represent any variations (it's better for you as the customer and for me if there aren't any surprises!). Please read the description for detailed size information, and don't hesitate to ask questions.
