CUSTOM ORDERS info

Each custom order is individually unique and as such, is getting all my attention,especially to details. I do advise my customers to prepare a list of questions/details they would like to ask/know.In that way,I'll be able to do my research in a more targeted way and will be able to create/design accordingly.

Each custom order is starting with 50% deposit payment of total amount. Final invoice will be sent upon completion and reviews of item pictures.

The final payment must be received before the shipment.I urge my customers to promptly make the last payment because each custom order has a shipment deadline.Shipment cancellation fee of $20.00 will be charged by new invoice. If deadline is missed, I can not be held responsible for late shipments.

I am not a professional photographer however each picture is taken with care and described as accurately as possible.

Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card,the invoice will be sent through PayPal. To pay the invoice, you don't have to be PayPal member,just simply follow PayPal directions.

Shipping

Within the U.S.,smaller items are shipped by USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Each customer will receive an email shipping notification with tracking info.

Wedding floral arrangements are more fragile items and as such they require different handling and shipping. I use FedEx as my primary shipping service,door-to-door delivery. As with USPS,each client will receive an email shipping notification with all tracking info.

International orders are shipped by USPS First-Class mail. I cannot be held responsible for shipments not received or any custom charges incurred.

Important: As of January 4th, 2010 there was another postal fee increase.

Insurance is optional. I strongly recommend insurance on purchases over $100.00.

Once the box leaves my house,I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

I do my best to describe the product as accurately as I can. Pictures are provided or can be requested. Colors differ from monitor to monitor.
