Hi!! Crossbones Couture was previously owned and designed by the wonderful Brooke Van Gorey (check her out on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Brooke-Van-Gory-Designs/277715450631).
It is now being run by me, ArJay, still with the alternative style you love, but a different take! If you don't see exactly what you need, please feel free to send me a conversation, I love custom orders.

Returns and exchanges
I cannot accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure that your order is correct.

If for some reason there is a problem with your order (damaged during shipping, for example), please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback and we can work something out. I have never had an item damaged from shipping, so I doubt it is something to worry about.
Payment
I currently only accept Paypal as payment for goods. If you need to pay with a check or MO, please convo me BEFORE purchasing an item.


You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and a little ways down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card – no sign-up necessary!
Shipping
Please double check your shipping address to ensure your order arrives safely. Crossbones Couture is not liable for any shipments that are lost because of improper or incorrect address information. The address that is provided on your Paypal account will be the one orders are shipped to, unless you inform me otherwise.
I ship 1-2x a week for domestic orders, and once a week for international orders. Due to Post Office hour constraints, if you have an international order that needs to be shipped asap, please convo me to have your shipping changed to Priority; I can then print your shipping from home.

I send all of my items first class mail, with the USPS. There is delivery confirmation on all packages, so I can track each item to your door! If you need another form or method of shipping, please let me know, and I will see what I can do.
