My philosophy is simple. I want all my buyers to be happy with every aspect of our transaction. It means everything to me to know I have made things go easily for someone, and that my art is being enjoyed by them.

Payment
METHODS OF PAYMENT: I accept Paypal, Money orders, and cashier's checks (bank checks).

SALES TAX: Texas state residents will have to pay 8.25% sales tax. This will be added to your bill during the checkout process in Paypal. If You're paying by bank check, please contact me so that I can send you a revised invoice reflecting the additional tax.

CUSTOMS: International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.
Shipping
I use the US Postal service to ship worldwide. I send items first class, unless you need an item in a rush. When this is the case, please contact me for your options. Also, If would like to insure your item, you may do so but, again, you'll have to contact me to let me know. I will then send you a revised invoice to reflect the change in cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, PLEASE contact me RIGHT AWAY to let me know that you are unhappy. International buyers have up to 2 weeks to contact me; US buyers have two weeks. After that time, I will assume that you loved your item. I will happily accept returns on any item for a full refund, minus shipping, within the accepted time frame. Again, though, if you are disappointed, contact me for your options. I appreciate my customers very much, and want them to be happy.

FEEDBACK: I love to get feedback, but I understand that many buyers prefer not to leave it. I respect buyers' privacy, and the decision to leave feedback is happily up to you. Additionally, I would love to know how you found me! Let me know in an e-mail or convo, will you?
