My business is ever evolving and changing. As styles and my skills change, so do my products. I started creating one of a kind children's accessories and now currently am very much interested in wood working and building. I hope to continue to grow my skills to bring everyone new and unique items!

Standard shipping will include a tracking number; however it does NOT include insurance.
There is the option to UPGRADE your shipping to USPS PRIORITY at check out. USPS Priority mail includes insurance (up to $100) as well as a tracking number.
If USPS Priority Mail is not purchased at check out, and an order is lost in the mail, it will not be replaced by Crossin My Heart Creation's Etsy Shop. If USPS Priority IS purchased at the time of purchase - I will take care of the insurance claim and issue replacement product(s) from the original order.
USPS Priority can NOT be purchased after an order has already been placed and/or processed.
If a packages seems to "lost" you can provide your city's Post Office with your provided tracking number to hopefully find a resolution. Unfortunately; after a package is placed in the mail and the tracking number has been scanned into their system I no longer have control over the order. You will need to work with your post office to find a solution.
