The cut-off time for orders is 6pm GMT/2pm EST/11am PST on Wednesdays and Sundays; orders received before this time will be shipped the following morning.
Unless a specific shipping option, such as tracked or express, is selected by you at checkout, all items will be sent via standard post WITHOUT tracking. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing orders that are lost in the post if the upgrade for tracked postage hasn’t been selected at checkout.
