Shipping
The cut-off time for orders is 6pm GMT/2pm EST/11am PST on Wednesdays and Sundays; orders received before this time will be shipped the following morning.
Unless a specific shipping option, such as tracked or express, is selected by you at checkout, all items will be sent via standard post WITHOUT tracking. If an order over £7.50 is lost in the mail and you haven't upgraded to include tracking, a full refund or replacement will not be sent.
