I'm a tool-maker, I like to create things that people can use in ritual. I've been making ritual tools for a while, since about 2005, starting out with wands, incenses, and ointments. I first tried being a vendor at a pagan festival in 2005, when I ran a booth at Hamilton's Pagan Pride Day to what felt like great success at the time. Since then I've switched around what I've set my hand to, sold things at a few festivals (Kaleidoscope Gathering, Hamilton Pagan Pride Day, and Brantford Pagan Meet and Greet). I've become a fixture at the local pagan festivals, running the booth for the local Wiccan Church of Canada temple where I sold my wares to support my community. Now I've struck out on my own. And so we have it, Crown and Crescent - making things one doesn't usually see at local festivals or online.

I make everything I sell at home, usually in my kitchen. Each pentacle is carefully drawn out by hand, woodburned, sanded, painted, and sealed. My bollines have no set design (aside from the Solomonic ones, of course) and take a while to sort out how I want them to look before woodburning, sanding, and mounting gemstones if applicable. Crowns are usually the most time-consuming, as wire-wrapping is frequently interrupted by overly-helpful cats. Everything is made with love, for it gives me great pleasure to make these things and send them out in the world to adorn people's altars.

I am so glad that people across the globe have taken an interest in my work and I look forward to seeing what new ideas I'll have to offer.
