No refunds or exchanges are available through CrumpArt. All items listed are described as comprehensively as possible and each purchase is final. If a problem occurs during postage (such as damage to the item or a missing package) please contact me and the issue will be addressed.
Currently, artwork in this shop does not have the option of reduced postage fees for multiple purchases. However, if it is physically appropriate to send two or more artworks in the same parcel, I will reassess the shipping price and refund you the difference. Please contact me if you require further information.
