I had a tricky transaction. I custom ordered a crown with specific design instructions. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't followed... and I received my crown several days after it was supposed to arrive (it was stuck at the post office). I was told I'd receive a new replacement crown asap. I never received it. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through & attentiveness to my order. I wasn't satisfied with the customer service. Also, the bottom of the crown wasn't lined with fabric, so it scratched my daughter's head and pulled her hair, when I tried it on her. The band was also too big for my 12mo old, so the crown slipped off of her head. Overall, the crown just didn't work for us.

This customer had a specific order so I did a custom listing for her. I sent her the custom order invoice with all the details. and she okayed it and paid. After she received it, she then said it wasn't right. The crown was lined with the fabric, but she wanted the fabric to be lined on the bottom with felt, which wouldn't work with a crown. In the end, she didn't return the crown and was given a full refund.
