Sizing details
If you order a bracelet, I do need an exact wrist measurement. Use a measuring tape or string and be sure it is taut – no gaps. Please do not add extra space to compensate for a comfortable fit. I take this into consideration when making your bracelet to ensure your bracelet will fit properly! If you add more length than what the measurement indicates, you will have a bracelet that is most likely too big or too long for you.
Wrist measurements are not needed for 'slide' bangle style bracelets.
Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders. Please know that if you do place a custom order, this jewelry is made specially for you! Custom orders are not returnable - they are final sales. If for some reason you want changes made to your jewelry once you receive it, I will be more than happy to do this for you, however there may be an additional fee.

Shipping times/Turnaround times
My turnaround time does change depending on how many orders I receive daily. However it usually is between 2 days and 8 days. Occasionally it will be slightly longer if I go out of town for a weekend or receive a larger number of orders than usual. If you need something rushed, please message me . . . .this is usually not a problem (depending on the piece). I try not to charge for 'rush' orders as I know how expensive weddings can be and these frivilous fees are frustrating for any bride.
Shipping times are available in every listing in my shop.
