Hello – and welcome to my shop! I'm Sally, at CrystalBazzar, and all my pieces are designed and individually handmade by me. I work in porcelain and stoneware (ceramics), Enamel (enamelled copper, etc), glass (lampwork beads & fused glass art), gemstones, crystals and sterling silver.

Here you'll find unique, one of a kind jewellery - pendant necklaces, chokers, rings, earrings, bracelets - as well as ceramic buttons, designed, made, glazed and fired here in my kiln in my studio.

Each piece is loving handcrafted and finished to the highest standards, and wrapped and boxed securely to reach you safe and sound.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I welcome custom orders - especially for ceramic buttons. Just email me to let me know what you have in mind - size, shape, colour etc - and I'll happily see what I can do, and I'll give you an estimate of how long it will take me to complete.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I will do all I can to ensure that this is a happy transaction for you.

Damaged/broken items: In the event of an item arriving broken or damaged, I will of course refund your payment in full . Please email me to let me know - sending a photo/ jpg of the damage is recommended - it's much easier than trying to describe it!

Customer Satisfaction: If you are not completely happy with your item when it arrives, please email me right away to let me know, and I will refund your payment at once if the item is returned in new and unused condition.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, and return it in its original packaging. (Please be sure to get a receipt or record of posting).

Refunds (minus shipping costs) are issued through Paypal once the item is received. The buyer bears the cost of return postage, please, except where the fault is mine (for example, if you think the item is "not as described", or is faulty or damaged).

Whatever problems or questions you have, please do not hesitate to contact me - I am always very happy to work with my customers to sort out any issues, etc., and ensure your transaction is as smooth and happy as possible.

NB: For reasons of hygeine and safety issues, I cannot accept returns of earrings (except of course if they reach you damaged, broken or faulty!).
Payment is by Direct Payments or by Paypal, which is one of the safest ways to buy online.

(You can still pay me by Paypal, even if you don't have a Paypal account, using your credit or debit card. Simply follow the payment links and instructions.)

Immediate payment on Checkout is preferred, please.
I usually ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving completed payment (except at holidays, etc), and I will always contact you when I’ve dispatched your item.

In the UK, I send all items via Royal Mail, First Class. If you would prefer a signed-for delivery, there is a small extra charge of $3.50 (£2.88) for this.

For Europe and International sales, I ship using Air Mail.
To Europe and EU countries, items usually take less than a week to arrive,, while non-EU European countries take a little longer.

Internationally (the US, Canada, Australia etc), shipping can take from 7 - 12 business days.

Customs Charges: Please remember that the buyer is responsible for any additional duties or customs charges payable!

Shipping Upgrade to Priority is available at checkout for International orders. Priority shipping is sent via International Tracked & Signed For which is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

It aims to deliver within 5 - 7 working days.

Combined Shipping: I happily combine shipping – but all items must be ordered and paid for together, please!
