Payment
* At this point in time, Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.
* Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made.
* Paypal verified accounts are preferred.
Shipping
* Standard shipping is USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation included.
* Please convo me if you need any expedited shipping or have other special requests.
* International shipping:
International orders are welcome! Just convo me for rates. They vary by country, but are usually the same as domestic shipping for USPS 1st Class International (no tracking or insurance).
Please allow up to one week for me to ship out international packages (in case the item(s) are not allowed in postal drop boxes).
You have a choice of shipping methods, but please keep in mind that the least expensive options do not have insurance or tracking. Buyer is responsible for all customs and fees.
* I package everything very thoroughly, so once the package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it. If you know you have a shifty postman or similar problem, make sure to ask me for insurance!
Note: Sometimes extreme temperatures can soften the best glues. If it's 100 degrees F out, let the package sit a while at room temperature before handling what's inside.
* Whenever possible, I use recycled packaging materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
* Returns are not accepted unless you contact me first about the problem. Some items cannot be returned due to sanitary issues, such as hair clips. If the problem is my error, please send the item back for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
* Buyer must contact me within 3 days of receipt to be considered for a refund.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
* Damage in transit is not covered unless insurance was purchased.
* Custom items are non-refundable.

* All goods come from a non-smoking home.
* I have a cat, and do the best to keep her away from my goods, but unfortunately I don't have an air-tight decontamination chamber leading to my crafting area (that would be pretty sweet though!).
