Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
We accept all refunds and exchanges to items that are bought from our shop outright. Each item has been individually inspected before being shipped and are carefully wrapped for protection.
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund you the purchase price after we have received the item back from you. Please note, however, that the shipping fee for returned items will be shouldered by you.
But please understand that for items that "specially sourced out" (meaning: you asked us to look for them and purchase them for you), cannot be refunded.

Payment
We appreciate payment within 3 days. After three days we will send you a message. Non-payment within 2 days after this will force us to cancel the sale. But this will still depend on the reason for non payment. We are very easy to talk to and will try to understand your situation.
Shipping
Due to the increase in demand of our items, most of the shipping will be made the next Tuesday after they are paid. It has been our experience that supplies are being bought left and right and it takes time to refurnish inventory. The same rule applies if items are bought on a weekend especially Sunday.
Due to the value of our items, if you would like to upgrade to priority or express shipping, please inform me.
Orders within the Asia-Pacific Region usually take 6-7 business days to arrive, and international orders generally take 3-4 weeks (subject to mail service and customs practices of the specific country).
For international orders, you also have an option for express shipping. If you choose this, also, please inform me.
Some of our items are made from solid gold. Please inform us if you want us to send them thru registered mail. Although we are contemplating on applying this mode of shipment soon for the gold items. We are currently collecting a list of reputable couriers and we will choose the most affordable but quality courier around.
