PAYMENT
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal. PayPal account and registration is not compulsory, use as Guest is available.

RESERVED
Product listed that begin with "Reserved for ....." in the title, have been reserved for a limited time period by a customer. Unless you are the customer for which the item has been reserved, do not purchase a reserved item. Purchases made of items reserved for someone else will be immediately cancelled and refunded. If you are interested in a reserved item contact me to check availability.

PURCHASES ABOVE Euro $200
For purchases of amount Euro $200 and above I may request additional confirmation. I will send the order information to the email address provided by PayPal and require a reply confirming the order before shipping.

PRICES
All the products are listed with Euro Dollar Prices. This allows me to maintain the prices during exchange fluctuations. When you view my store you will see the prices based on the currency selected within your profile settings. This is an exchange estimation calculated by Etsy. Upon adding the items to cart, the cart will show you my prices in Euro and the estimated price converted by Etsy. Proceed to payment and PayPal will charge you the amount in Euro which will be converted to your own currency and deducted from your account or card.

ORDER CANCELLATION
The purchase may be cancelled only prior to shipping. Check your purchase status, if your item is marked as 'Shipped", it can't be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
Crystal Senses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in which case I will cancel the purchase and issue a full refund.

GIFT PURCHASES
If your purchase is intended as a GIFT, kindly state GIFT in the note to seller during checkout and I will do my best with the packaging. Unless otherwise stated, jewellery pieces may be combined in gift boxes. Refer to below for gift purchases that require delivery to a different address.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT
I offer shipping discount with combined purchase of 2 or more items. The discount is available in the store, look for the price stated as "with another item". Simply add to cart all the items you wish to purchase and the discounts will be applied automatically. For large orders contact me before purchase for a quote on the best shipping price.
Purchases are shipped as per transaction. If you would like to enjoy the combined shipping discount for individual transactions shipped together, contact me. I will cancel the previous purchases so that you can re-purchase as 1 transaction.

SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fees listed are not just the cost of the postage stamp. Shipping fee includes handling, envelope, packaging material, postage and tracking number.

SHIPPING
I ship Worldwide by registered mail within 3 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise stated in the product listing details. All packages are shipped via registered mail with tracking number. Registered articles must be signed for upon receipt, do take note of your local postal regulations in regards to unclaimed registered mail.
Expedited shipping is available upon request; contact me prior to payment for a shipping quotation.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PAYPAL. If you are purchasing a gift or need the purchase sent to a different address, log onto your Paypal account and add the new delivery address to your profile.
Adding another PayPal address is really easy. Sign in to your paypal account. Click on the PROFILE tab, select Add or Edit Postal Address. Select Add Address. Select Gift address and enter the address - you can add 30 including your own.
When you are ready to make a PayPal payment, you will be asked to Review your address. If you would like to use a different address from your own, click the word Edit that appears directly underneath your own address. You can then select an address you have already entered as a gift address or even add a new one.
This process is really easy and fast to do. If for any reason you have trouble with the add address feature, are rushing and do not have time to call paypal for assistance, write the delivery address in a note to seller of the PayPal payment page.
Do not message me the address in an Etsy convo or write it in a note to seller on Etsy purchase page.
For addresses stated in the note to seller, I may send you a confirmation request at the email address provided by PayPal to confirm the order and delivery address.
This procedure is in place for the safety of the buyer and seller.

DELIVERY DATE
I am unable to guarantee date of delivery, I can only guarantee the date by which I will ship your item(s). Postal failures and delays are not a reflection on the level of dedication to my customers.
In most cases, international shipping takes around 10-14 business days (Monday- Friday). I try my best to provide the most reliable, affordable shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and postal service. If you do not receive your item within 30 days of postage, contact me immediately for further assistance.

TRACKING
I ship Registered Airmail with tracking number and signature delivery using Ireland An Post. Ireland An Post online tracking, track only up to departure from Ireland. To track the status of your package, check your local postal delivery tracking system. Online tracking is available from several countries but not all. Postal services which offer online tracking, track estimated 90% of incoming packages in my experience, less during peak postal periods.
If you have not received your package within 20 working days, contact your postal provider with the tracking number I have supplied on the purchase order.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
The Buyer is responsible for any local custom, import, duties or taxes payable. Check your country's personal import regulations, which is normally available from your local postal provider.
Duty/custom/VAT fees are taxes imposed by a country on their residents. Therefore they are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is your country that is taxing you. You, the buyer, will be responsible for all fees that might be incurred upon delivery.

All products are described to the best of my ability. Size and weight are measured by hand as accurately as possible. A small margin of discrepancy in measurement should be allowed for calibration. Images shown are not a representation of actual size. Some images are enlarged to show more detail.
Monitors, cell phones, laptops, tablets etc. are all calibrated differently for color display. Colors may vary slightly from one display to another or from how they appear in person. I strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as guarantee.

DAMAGES AND REPAIRS
If any of the jewellery pieces made by Crystal Senses should break or need repair, kindly let us know and we will try our best to repair the item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Crystalsenses treats all customer data with confidentiality and never shares/sells or gives access to other parties any of your infotmation you may have provided during a transaction or communication. We only store your order history for accounting and tax purposes.
We only use your email address to communicate with you and send you the intial newsletter of offers and new products. If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, you can then do so by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email and your email will be deleted from all records except physical receipts for tax purposes.
