We do most of the art designs in our shop so if you would like any personalized gifts and have ideas other than whats in our shop please just message us and we will make it happen!! Some basic ideas are any photos, quotes, poems or song lyrics, friends and family names for gifts, and any symbols.

We can make our art designs on any product including canvas prints, posters, notebooks, phone cases, necklaces, rings, bracelets and more. If you have an idea message us and we will send you a quote.

Please also message us for rush shipping. International shipping is 7-21 Days and up to a month if very far away or has issues at customs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on CUSTOM ITEMS, unless there is an error on our part, so please take this into consideration prior to purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun on custom work.

Please double-check your SPELLING and PERSONALIZATION when you request your item. You may or may not have up to a day to realize if you have made an error and we cannot guarantee we can fix this after production has started so please be very accurate during your notes to us during your purchase!

We are not responsible if you damage or break your item after you have already worn it or have it. Most all of our pieces are delicate, handmade and should be handled with great care.

DO NOT GET CUSTOM HANDMADE ITEMS WET. They are sealed however not water proof. The art under the glass on our necklaces, rings, bracelets will fade or bleed if it is submerged in water.

All Aura Quartz should be kept dry because water and oils can effect the precious metals and Quartz bonds. We are not responsible for how you care for your items after you receive them. All of our store items tend to be delicate so handle with care.

We always require a photo of your item or the item returned to us, if there is a problem. We will not process any requests outside of these terms. You will receive a refund after we receive the item back and return shipping may not be covered by us. We have a right to refuse to refund or accept a return for customer damaged items.
Payment
We accept most payment types and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
Shipping is USPS Standard First Class Mail. 1-5 days shipping from ship date, for all USA orders. International orders are accepted and may take slightly longer for shipping.

Most orders are processed and shipping out the same day or within 1-2 business days.

Custom orders processed shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless we tell you otherwise. Shipping time of 1-5 days in addition to the processing time.
We are not responsible if you put the incorrect address in checkout, so please verify before you process your order. You will have to wait extra time and may be responsible for extra costs if you would like the item reshipped to you. We are a small business and cannot afford to make up for errors on your part. Please contact the United States Postal Service with your tracking information, if you realize you have made any errors.

Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

For most of our listings Etsy automatically figures shipping based on the weight of your items. If you order multiple items you can contact us first to verify a final shipping quote to make sure you get the best deal we can offer for that particular package.
