Our Service Pledge To You:
CSH Designs knows that its customers deserve respect, courtesy, and our very best efforts. We respond to and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, (excluding weekends and National holidays)(Photographs take up to two weeks). A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your package ships so that you will know when to expect your purchases. We stand behind all of our items. Please contact us upon receipt of items if you have any concerns.

Payment
Please remit payment within three (3) days to avoid having items relisted. You do not need a Paypal account in order to submit payment via Paypal.
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority Mail (First Class for Photographs) to destinations in the United States, and First Class Mail to International destinations. Shipping Insurance is optional and highly recommeneded as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service.

$600.01 to $5000 (maximum liability is $5,000) $7.70 plus $1.00 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days. You will ship the item back to us within 3 days of the acknowledgement: The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders: We would love to work with you on a custom order. Custom projects may include your choice of metal, stone, bead type, color, style, and length. We will be more than happy to design something for you that is uniquely your own. We request a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% due when you have approved the finished jewelry piece via emailed photographs. After approval, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please email us if you need further information.

Wholesale Orders: We require a Sales Tax License number or, in the case of buyers in states with no sales tax, a Business License number. International buyers must provide registration, permit, or license number; or a printed copy of an invoice showing your business name, phone number, and address. All wholesale orders must be prepaid. All prices shown on this site are retail price.

Your jewelry is created for a lifetime of wear. However, as with all fine jewelry, it is not meant to be abused. Dry it with a soft cloth if it gets wet, don’t swim with it on, avoid bleach and cleaning chemicals when wearing any fine jewelry. It is usually best to remove your jewelry before going to bed at night. Due to the natural aging of metals, jewelry will darken slightly over time. To restore the natural luster, use a soft, felt polishing cloth. Do not use polishes or cleaning fluids.
