Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My jewellery is made to last, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Should you have any problem with your jewellery, please contact me within five days of receiving the item and I will work with you to resolve the situation.

I make every attempt to describe my items as accurately as possible, and to photograph them in a way that portrays the colors and textures as closely as possible.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem with an item and it is deemed to be a maker's defect, I will fix it, replace it or refund your full purchase price, including shipping.

If there is a problem with an item and it is deemed to be damage from wear (not due to a maker's defect) I will repair the item for a reasonable fee. In this case, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If you have received the item that was properly described, but have changed your mind, a refund for the purchase price minus shipping fees may be granted, with a 15 percent restocking fee. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item to return for this reason.

To avoid unnecessary returns, please contact me with any questions you may have prior to purchase.

Returns are not possible for custom orders, customized jewelry, sized rings and body jewellery.

Payment deadlines

Payment is kindly requested within 24 hours of your purchase. Should payment not be received within this time, a friendly reminder will be sent. If payment is not received within 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind about your purchase, I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, the sale cannot be cancelled; please see my return policy.

I ship my items worldwide using Canada Post national and international services. Please contact me with questions about delivery times to your specific locations.

Shipping upgrades are available for expedited shipping. Please contact me for details.

Items do not include shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is available for an extra cost, please contact me for details.

Shipping charges include standard shipping and handling. They do not include any importation fees or duties to your particular country, and I cannot be responsible for any fees of this nature. Please familiarize yourself with the import laws for the area in which you live.
Additional policies and FAQs
Sterling silver tarnishes naturally with time and exposure to many environmental factors, such as exposure to sunlight or sea air.

The best way to protect your sterling silver jewelry from tarnish is to wear it - often! When not being worn, store out of direct sunlight in a suitable jewelry storage container - or even a ziplock bag!

Jewelry can be cleaned safely with water and mild soap. I also sometimes use a soft toothbrush and baking soda. Tarnish can be removed with a sterling silver jewelry polishing cloth, check out my cleaning cloth listing. I do not recommend using commercial silver polishes, pastes or dips.

I am more than happy to work with your Diamonds or gemstones, but I kindly request that you bring your valuables to the shop in person. If your stones are larger than 0.25 carat, please have them appraised by a certified gemologist.
It's always a good idea to contact me for an appointment.

I'm sorry, but I can not accept Diamonds sent to me for custom work in the mail or by courier, I hope you understand.
