1 out of 5 starsItem was advertised as "rhodonite egg" but it turned out to be something else, some painted and varnished stone with the warnish chipping off. I sent it back and got a refund of the original amount payed, but still had to pay for the cost of return which was 13 euros. So I literally threw out of the window 13 euros because of false advertising provided by the shop. I wrote them about this but recieved no response.

We are very sorry you feel that way, but the terms and conditions are the same for every customer. The stone has been expertised and is completely real. It's worn off because it's old and this was explicited in the product description. You have every right to be unhappy with your order, but please don't call us liars or ripoffs.
