Feel free to send a message if you would like more photos or measurements as well as any other questions you may have. Please see additional info below about measuring. It is i. important to be very sure before you make your purchase as vintage clothing is often fragile and I would really rather that you love it and keep it!

Items from the 1930's and earlier are non-returnable due to their delicate nature.

Please contact me if your purchase is not what you hoped it would be, or if it was not as represented. I do my best to make sure that any flaws have been noted in the listings but as vintage items are very old it is possible to have missed something. Please remember all items at Straylight Vintage are TRUE vintage, they are not new and as in all vintage there will probably be some indication that they had a previous life.

Once I have heard from you Items may be returned for a refund within three days of receiving the package. In order to receive a refund, you MUST contact me right away, before you ship the item. Returned items need to be shipped with delivery confirmation and return shipping is payed for by the buyer. I will refund the purchase price once I receive the item

Layaway is available for orders over $125. Please send an email if you are interested in setting up a payment plan for an order and I will be happy to work with you. An initial deposit of at least 25% is required and the balance to be payed in full within 30 days.

I mail priority flat rate. The shipping fees reflect the current cost of shipping for an item the size of your purchase.
To add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let me know before purchasing and i will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the cost of insurance. Straylight Vintage is not responsible for lost packages. If requested, expedited shipping (overnight, etc.) is available at the buyers expense. Please contact Straylight Vintage at the time of purchase if you have special shipping requests. Items over $250 USD,will need a signature confirmation at delivery.

Sometimes parcels are held in customs and it may take longer. international packages are mailed USPS First-class International mail (in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible).or Priority Mail (upon request) & both are tracked until the package leaves the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. Expedited shipping, tracking and insurance for international orders are available at the buyers expense. Please note: You MUST upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail or Global Express to obtain a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be assessed upon arrival of your parcel according to your country's customs policies. SHIPPING TIME: Your vintage item will ship within 1 to 3 business days. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me at Straylight Vintage so we can discuss how to get it to you in a timely manner.

All of our vintage clothing has been carefully hand washed or dry cleaned with few exceptions such as leather clothing or items that are obviously immaculate and recently cleaned. If you have any questions in this regard please contact me.

Vintage clothing fits differently than modern garments. Often there is quite a wide seam allowance and deep hem which allows for alteration and lengthening. So feel free to ask me about these if you see something you love but feel it may not quite fit.

Measurements are taken for the listings by laying flat, measuring across and then double for bust, waist and hips. The size listed, "Small Size, Medium Size" etc, is an estimate. I compare with size charts but remember even when there is a vintage size on the garment vintage sizes are different than today's sizes. The best way to see if a garment will fit is to find something in your closet that fits well and measure across the bust, waist and hips as well as other measurements and then compare to the measurements in the listing.
