When Payment is Due
Payment is due in full when you place your order. Checkout will require payment via PayPal before your order is finalized.
If something comes up that will delay your payment, please convo me. I realize that sometimes unforeseen events can interfere with timely payment. I'm flexible with buyers that communicate promptly about payment issues.
Canceling a Sale
If you are unable to complete your purchase please convo me as soon as possible so I can take care of canceling the transaction.

• Daily Monday through Friday
• Within 2 business days once payment is complete
Please note that I don't ship on nationally recognized postal holidays or weekends.
I ship worldwide via United States Postal Service (unless otherwise noted).
First Class Mail is the default shipping method for most items in my shop, but I can easily upgrade your parcel to an expedited USPS service. Domestic expedited shipping upgrade options are available during checkout for shipments to addresses in the United States. Expedited International mail upgrades tend to be quite expensive, so please convo me for pricing.
If you'd like your purchase sent as a present, please enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout and let me know with a checkout note. I won't include details of the transaction so your gift's cost will not be revealed unless I'm required to disclose it on a customs form. I can also include a personalized note from you (just let me know during checkout).
Please note that international shipments may incur fees or duties when processed by customs. These charges are not included in my costs and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt. I'm required to fully disclose the value of all international mail on the package's exterior.
I Combine Shipping!
I gladly combine shipping for multiple items that you purchase and pay for at the same time. Most combined rates should automatically be calculated by Etsy during checkout. If there is an error during checkout, I will correct your invoice and issue a refund for the overcharge.
How I Ship
I take great care to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel. I secure packages as best I can to prevent tampering and damage from the elements. I use sturdy padded mailers that are tear/moisture resistant. Shipping labels are printed directly from your order information using professional postage software to ensure 100% accuracy.
I will notify you once your purchase has been shipped. If your shipment is domestic (an address within the United States), I will provide your parcel's eDelivery Confirmation number.
I'm happy to ship orders worldwide. Please keep the following in mind regarding international mail:
• Parcel transit times can vary greatly and cannot be guaranteed. Your parcel may take longer to arrive if delayed by customs processing. Please keep this in mind when making time sensitive purchases. International parcels cannot be tracked.

Refunds and Exchanges
I'm committed to 100% buyer satisfaction. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to appropriately correct the issue.
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser via the same payment method originally used. Exchanges are offered for a listing of equal value and are shipped to the same address as the original purchase.
Please note that custom and private sales may not be subject to my normal return and exchange policy.
