She went above and beyond to provide information to me when the gown set didn’t arrive because the USPS had mislabeled it. She answered every question and message I sent. That is as important as the quality work she puts out. I’ll be back soon.

Not only is the item perfect, but Barbara went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me track my package when it seemingly got lost or forgotten along the way by the horrendous USPS delivery service. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
