Payment
I currently accept PayPal or Money Orders only.
Shipping
I will mail out ready-to-ship items right away, but CUSTOM ITEMS need to be made up according to your wishes and may take 10-14 days from receipt of payment to creation before being shipped. I will always send it out quicker if possible!
Most of my items will ship First Class unless you specify otherwise(Please allow 2-3 days for delivery).
Tutus will be sent in a box(to protect their shape)via Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because most of my items are custom made, I do not offer returns or exchanges on my items. I will however, make sure that every item is made with the greatest of care and all items will leave my shop in perfect condition. I will also communicate with my buyers to make sure that all custom sizes are made exactly to your specifications to ensure the proper fit.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please supervise children with items containing small parts (such as crystals, buttons, etc.) to avoid potential choking hazards. I cannot be held liable for any injuries that occur from the use of my products.
