I'm a human (with 2 crazy children) not a machine.

All items are pre sewn, i will offer custom orders from time to time in which you will be able to choose your colours.

Caring for your Cuddles'n'Chaos nappies

First Wash
When you first receive your nappies you will need to wash and dry them on HOT for the first wash
to seal the sewing holes in the waterproof PUL layer.
Your snap in soakers will need to be washed 4 or 5 times before they will reach their maximum absorption ability .
This is necessary to remove any residue on the microfleece from production and to also wash the natural oils from the bamboo soaker.

General care
You can ether wet or dry pail your nappies
Wet- soaking the used nappy in a nappy bucket with cold water or a soaking solution till washing.
Dry- Rinse the used nappy in cold water and then store in a dry nappy bucket till washing or put used nappy straight into the dry bucket till washing.
I recommend rinsing and then dry pailing, it reduces the chance of staining and you will have less smell issues.

There are a few things to follow when washing your nappies.
1– you can wash in hot (up to 75 deg C) or cold water
2– Use half of the recommended amount of detergent (using too much causes build up which leads to smelly nappies) if you would like a natural option “Soap nuts” are a fantastic option for your nappies.
3– do not scrimp on water, always set to the largest load size and longest cycle.
More water = cleaner nappies = less chance of getting smell issues.
4– DO NOT use fabric softener, this will cause your nappies to repel rather than absorb.
5– DO NOT use chlorine bleach
6– to lengthen the life of the PUL and elastic it is not recommended to use soakers like nappysan etc

You can line dry or machine dry.
A warm dryer is recommended to lengthen the life of your nappies though many have had no issues with drying on hot.
Because the snap in soakers are so absorbent it may take more than one dryer cycle to dry them.
