I offer refunds or exchanges for any reason within 7 days of package delivery. Refunds will be given once original purchase has been returned. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless other arrangements have been made.


Lost/Damaged/Not Received Packages:

All packages are insured. If a problem should arise I do ask for your cooperation in filing a claim. You will be asked to fill out a form on-line and maybe to take a picture of the damage in order to satisfy the insurance claim. Or, to give a statement that the package did not arrive. Claims can take up to 45 days to be reimbursed. I will refund you at that time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I ship worldwide every afternoon, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail if under 13 ounces and Priority Mail over 13 ounces. International packages are sent via USPS. All orders are insured.
