Announcement    I have been designing, sewing and selling Ringmaster Jackets; Boutique Baby Items and Costumes for a very long time. I had been selling on Etsy as Cupcake's Cottage since 2011 and have over 2,500 sales.

All items are MADE TO ORDER. Items will USUALLY ship between 1 to 2 weeks after an order is placed.

I do ship to the US using USPS First Class Mail, unless Priority Mail is selected. International packages will be sent First Class Mail.

This time frame depends on the season and my current workload. Should you need your item by a certain date please contact me before placing an order.

I started my shop about 3 years ago after making some outfits for friends and families...They suggested that I post some of my items on Etsy....I said, "What is Etsy?". The rest is history.

Accepted payment methods

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 5 days of purchase
I don't accept returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
A full refund is given if requested by the buyer within 5 days of placing the order...unless the item is already shipped, then no refund will be given.

If the buyer requests a refund between 5-10 days of placing the order, there will be a 20% restocking fee, unless item is already shipped then there will be no refund given. If the buyer requests a refund between 10 and 15 days of placing the order, there will be a 50% refund given unless the items is already shipped, then there will be no refund. If the buyer requests a refund between 16 and 21 days, a 25% refund will be given unless the item is already shipped, then there will be no refund. After 21 days, no refund will be given. All custom orders will be subject to a 50% refund policy at my discretion.
Payment
All payments are made using PayPal at this time.
Shipping
All items are MADE TO ORDER and most items have turn-around time on average of 3-4 weeks after an order is received, not including shipping times. However, that turn-around time may vary depending on my current work load and which item is ordered. If you have a particular date by which an item is needed, please contact me to see if I can fit it into my production schedule. Rush fees may apply.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
I usually ship USPS Priority Mail, which is an "expected" 2-3 day delivery to most places in the USA. If you choose to Expedite shipping using USPS Priority Express Mail, the USPS provides a "money back guarantee" of a 1 or 2 day delivery to most places in the USA, however you will need to pay the up-charge to use that service. You can pay for any method of shipping service that you would like, if you have a preference. You would need to let me know before you place your order, or I can send a separate invoice via PayPal for upgrading, expediting or guaranteeing shipping. (Guaranteed by the carrier, not me.)

I cannot personally a guarantee delivery, for any reason, once I have delivered the item to USPS; to Federal Express; to UPS or any other shipping service. This includes, but not limited to: Delays due to weather, flight delays, errors with the shipping carrier, damaged packages, an item being lost in transit, or any other issue that may arise and is out of my control, once the package has left my hands.

DOMESTIC INSURANCE:: The USPS includes $100 of insurance with the purchase of all domestic Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express postage. If you need to insure your package for more than this, you can purchase additional insurance for the entire value of the package. If you would like additional insurance, you will need to contact me. I can either include it in your initial order or send you can invoice via Paypal for the additional insurance. This must be paid before I will ship the package.

The rates for US domestic shipments rates are $0.75 for up to $50 of coverage; $0.80 per $100 up to $300 of coverage; and $2.40 plus $0.75 per $100 or fraction thereof over $300 of coverage.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING::
