    I love to make Handmade

As a child I was always surrounded by all things handmade. I grew up in a house filled with quilts, paintings, and handmade clothing. I used to channel my artistic side with drawing and then later found photography but it was just the beginning. When I first picked up a crochet hook I was around 10 years old. Not until years later I realized how much I truly liked it. I picked it back up when I became pregnant with my first. I started out small making squares of nothing and then made my first ever blanket. A purple and ombre baby sport yarn blanket for my daughter. It was the first project I ever finished and I felt great after I made it so I continued making blankets, scarves, and hats. Fast forward to now, my daughter still enjoys the blanket and it makes me fill up with joy seeing her grow up with a blanket that I made special just for her. I opened shop to share and sell my work with others so they too could have long lasting heartfelt moments like the ones I share with my family every day. Knowing other people are enjoying my works of art makes me happy.

Being a stay at home mom is the best job I've ever had, but I wanted to be able to have some sort of income to help my growing family. So after a year of contemplating, I decided to open shop, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
