Sizing details
It is very important to give the correct UK ring size upon ordering.
➤ International Size Conversion:

➤ If you don't know your size, please purchase a cheap plastic UK ring sizer online. These are very easy to use, and give an accurate measurement. Please make sure it gives lettered UK sizes. If you need guidance, please ask!
➤ For stacking sets - each ring can be a different size. Please leave this information in the notes section during checkout.
➤ If you are buying stacking rings - consider going up half a size if you're stacking five or more rings.
Custom and personalised orders
I love custom orders! I will happily discuss personalised stacking sets, custom rings and entirely new designs with you. Please get in touch.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I believe in minimal packaging, to create as little waste as possible.
All pieces are sent in black gift boxes made from recycled materials. They are ideal to store your jewellery. Included is a care card and a business card. No excess tissue paper, invoices or confetti are used anywhere in my packaging!
Outer packaging is cardboard and can be reused/recycled.
Care instructions
➤ Every ring is thoroughly polished and cleaned before sending. Please avoid polishing gemstones or immersing them in water.
➤ Silver or gold that isn't worn, tarnishes! The best way to keep your jewellery looking great is to wear it.
➤Sterling silver, gold, and other metals are sensitive to other chemicals, such as; household cleaner, chlorine, natural skin chemicals, hand lotions etc. All sterling silver items can be cleaned using regular silver cleaner, found in any good high street jewellery store.
➤ Oxidised items will eventually begin to return to their silver colouring due to wear.

Hallmarking
Hallmarking is only applied if required legally by weight, or at request of the customer. This is to keep my pieces as reasonably priced as possible. If you'd like hallmarking applied to your piece, please let me know prior to ordering.
Returns/Exchanges
Please get in touch via Etsy if you have ANY issues regarding your order! I am always happy to help.
Items that have been purchased as a private/custom listing cannot be refunded/returned, as they are custom.
Personalised items cannot be returned/refunded as they are custom and cannot be re-used at all.
