My purpose is to provide quality handcrafted crochet items. I love to crochet and am thrilled to share my passion with others.
PayPal is the only payment method I accept at this time. In keeping with Etsy policy, payment notification must be received within 3 days of the purchase order.
Sale cancellations: if, for any reason, you wish to cancel a sale, please contact me to let me know at the earliest possible opportunity. I do not leave negative feedback for sale cancellations.
E-Checks can take up to 5 days to clear. I will not ship any items until the E-Check shows "cleared" on my PayPal account.
PDF patterns will ship within 24 hours of Paypal payment.

USA: Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation.
International: Dolls will be shipped First Class International mail. Delivery time varies by location. There is no tracking information included in this service. I am not responsible for lost packages.
If you wish to ship Priority Mail International (way more expensive) you can contact me and I will send adjusted invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should the need arise for a return, we will work together to ensure your satisfaction.
There are no refunds with PDF patterns.

Payment is due up front once all design details are agreed on. I will send digital photos of the completed project before shipping to make sure you are happy with what I've created.
