Everything in my shop is in stock and SHIPS IMMEDIATELY - all within 1-2 days of payment.
I ship DHL Priority Mail/Registered Mail - Deutsche Post/Einschreiben
Ship time is 1-2 days to Germany
Europe 1- 3 weeks
Rest of the world 21 days (... but can take up to 3 months).
If you need an item for a specific date it is a good idea to let me know at checkout- but I do not offer expedited shipping options at this time- sorry!
When your item ships - I will mark your item as shipped. :)
I will not contact you other than that -- but do want to let you know I appreciate your purchase. :)
International Shipping is a bit tricky because DHL does not provide a tracking number to countries outside of Europe - so if you are an International customer you will need to be a bit patient.
I'll have it on its way immediately, but you know it can end up on a very slow boat...
On average it takes about 21 business days to arrive but at busy times it can be much longer.
Again: I can not provide a tracking number for some countries.
International customers are responsible for their country's taxes, tarriffs and customs fees.
Customers who enter an incorrect address at checkout will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipment. So sorry!
If your International package has not arrived within 8-10 weeks of shipping i will issue you a full refund. If a package is returned to me as unclaimed with notations of delivery attempts I will refund the cost of the item only. If you enter an incorrect address on your order you will need to assume the costs associated with reshipment.
I try to be reasonable and fair- please contact me directly to work out a satisfactory resolve to any situation.

I am more than happy to accept returned art and give you a full refund for the purchase price of the item if you find you are not entirely happy with it.
The item must be returned withing 10 days of receipt and the item must be in a good condition when returned. The buyer will be required to pay for all postage fees incurred - sorry
