Welcome to Curvy Girl Jewelry! Thank you for ordering from me. I'm a one-woman operation and I hand-make every piece I sell. My intention is to make you happy all through the transaction and even more happy when you open your package.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to entice you to become a regular return client of CGJ. Please read through my store policies (a drag, but necessary) and let me know if anything isn't clear to you. Again, I appreciate your support and your order.

If you find that you'd like an item custom made BIGGER or smaller than you see in my shop, please send me a message through the "send seller a message" function.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy. If there's a problem with your non-custom item, please send me a message within five days of receiving it. I will exchange or refund your money once I have received it back in original condition, minus the cost of shipping.

No returns on custom work unless the product is defective, or differs beyond reasonable limits from the agreed upon design.
Payment is to be made immediately at the time of purchase and via PayPal.

If after 3 days payment is not received and no communication is received regarding your order and/or payment, I will cancel the sale to recoup my fees. Thanks for your understanding and for your prompt payment!
I typically ship USPS from Portland Oregon, USA. If you would like to purchase insurance, you may do so. Let me know in your buyer message and I will send an updated invoice. I will also combine shipping on orders of multiple items. Again, I will send an updated invoice showing this.

Items shipped domestically normally take 3-7 business days to arrive. If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please let me know. I am not responsible for items lost, mishandled or damaged by the USPS but if you have concerns, please purchase insurance.

Items shipped internationally are subject to any and all regulations and restrictions for that country. Please go to for more about your country's regulations. Items shipped internationally may take longer to arrive than those shipped domestically. Please let me know if you wish to purchase insurance on your order, and I will send a revised invoice. I cannot replace or refund items lost while shipping internationally.

All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances or color differences from what is shown on your monitor.

All items are handcrafted in a smoke-free environment. Your jewelry will be lovingly packaged in a cotton-lined box.

I will ship to the Etsy address provided unless you request otherwise in your buyer message. If this item is a gift, please indicate this in your buyer message.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit for the order to begin. The remainder is due when the order is complete, before it is shipped. No returns on custom work unless the product is defective, or differs beyond reasonable limits from the agreed upon design.
