I always try to please my clients to the best of my ability. I stand behind everything I make, whether it be sewn, painted, embroidered, etc. These creative endeavors are my life's passions and I believe in giving more than 100% effort in everything I do.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges will be made if you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, as long as it is returned within 3 days of receiving it and is in the condition it was in when you receive it. Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
I accept all Payments through Paypal. I also accept money orders, but your shipping time be delayed until I receive that type of payment.
Shipping
If you are purchasing an item that is readily available, it will be shipped out via UPS or USPS as soon as your payment has been received. If you are paying through Paypal, it will be almost immediate.
Shipping on items that are custom made will be done as soon as the item is completed, in which I will inform you of the time needed to for completion.
Overseas shipping outside the United States will be shipped via USPS, first class mail. This is the most economical way to get it to you but won't be insurable or traceable. If you would like to add insurance and tracking, it will have to be shipped international express or priority mail which is much more costly. Please contact me for this option to your international order in which you will have the additional charge billed to you through Paypal.

I, unfortunately, am not responsible for lost packages sent through USPS or UPS. However, I will do my best to report such lost packages to the proper source and hopefully help to get this problem resolved.

I guarantee all my work and take great pride in it. Custom orders are gladly welcomed. I will try to add a variety of sizes in my product line and will not limit them to only average sizing, so please check back often.
