Unfortunately I am a human and do make a mistake once in a blue moon. In this case I had sold this skirt at a pop-up and neglected to take it off of my Etsy inventory. Buyer was notified and refunded fully right away. It's unfortunate buyer felt the need to leave negative feedback for a transaction which was cancelled and which she was fully refunded for.
