Custom and personalized orders
If you requested personalization, production time can take up to 24 hours to complete. Once completed, design will be sent from chuck@custodad.com to customers email.
Unable to Download Purchase?
If a link did not appear after your purchase, you can access your download by going to your Profile/You icon then selecting "Purchases & Reviews".
Once there, you should be able to select "Download" next to the item your purchased.
