How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Standard shipping to HongKong, TaiWan destinations takes 2-3 business days vis SFexpress . Standard international shipping takes 2-4 weeks depending on location. Rush upgrades are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
We do have multiple expedited options for US and international orders, including DHL and USPS Priority Express.
Can you add my initials/name/logo to an item?
Yes we can, we offer this service on most of our products already. It's a flat fee of $8. If you see an item you want personalized and the option is not available, don't hesitate to ask!

What is the warranty policy?
Lifetime Warranty! The best part of purchasing from Lifetime Leather Co is that all my products come with a lifetime fix or replace guarantee!! Buyers pays initial shipping and we will cover the shipping to send it back.
How do I add personalization?
If you don't see a personalization box, during the checkout process, there will be a notes box that says "Notes to Lifetime Leather Co" -- Leave your initials there.
Will you add our brand/logo to your products?
Yes, we can definitely do this. If we are going to firebrand, we will have to have a die made for a one-time fee of $50.00. If you have a simple logo and it's possible for us to use our embroidery machine, it's an additional $10.00. Contact us for more information.
Custom and personalized orders
Potentially. Your country may charge import taxes (duty fees, custom fees), it doesn't always happen and each country is different. This can be anywhere from 5-20% of the product cost(s). The customer is responsible for all fees, please do your due diligence before ordering!
