Welcome to Custom Chucks! Please take some time to read through my policies before placing you order. It will answer many of your questions and provide information that you must know in order to assure a smooth creative process.

Payment
Every item in my store is custom made. I do not maintain an inventory, so when an order is placed, I purchase your shoes from the factory and customize them upon their arrival. In general, the processing time can take up to three weeks - if the time is greater, due to high volume, it will be indicated on my storefront and in the listings themselves.

The price you pay is for the shoes themselves and the time, materials, and effort it takes to paint them, plus shipping charges. Payment through Paypal is preferred, though I do accept money orders. If you choose to pay with a money order, I reserve the right to cancel your order if the payment is not received within 30 days from the date you place your order.

Shipping
All packages are shipped US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, with the exception of international shipments where shipping method is determined by the buyer based on cost.

I will ship to your default PayPal address only. Please be sure that your address in PayPal is up to date. I cannot be responsible if your address in PayPal is incorrect or outdated.

If you live outside of the United States, please contact me directly. I will calculate the shipping costs for you based on your location and create a custom listing with the appropriate shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees. Please don't ask me to mark purchases as Gifts. *No exceptions.* It is illegal to falsify Customs Forms and I want to remain an honest seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all of my business is based on custom orders, there are no refunds or exchanges. I try to be very thorough when gathering the details for your order and will do everything in my power to create a piece of art that you will be happy with. It is your responsibility to give me the proper shoe size - I am not responsible for orders that "do not fit" if you order the incorrect size.
Additional policies and FAQs
In this type of business, where every order is custom, communication between the buyer and seller is key. I will confirm all order details, including size, before beginning work on your order. In the instance that no response to my inquiry is received within 15 days from the date the order is placed, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any money paid.
