Payment

Due to the nature of the investment of time and materials, Customized Stationary requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price to be received within 10 business days of contract execution.

Customized Stationary accepts check and money order.

Purchased orders may be cancelled if buyer does not pay within 10 business days of purchase.

Payment must be received before printing will occur.

Additional policies and FAQs

Customized Stationary reserves the right to charge a flat rate of $10.00 per hour for any non-standard revisions. I will not increase your payment without your confirmation.

Additional designs will be identified on a seperate sheet and will be treated as a seperate order and priced accordingly.

The listed price includes design and standard materials. Sample materials avaliable upon request.

If you do not wish to use the sample materials, you may find materials you would like to use. You must pay the difference between the standard materials and the upgraded materials and shipping.
