I have had so many neighbors complement on the beautiful Lady Liberty & Uncle Sam Wood Lawn Ornaments since I put them out a few days ago. The craftsmanship and detail is outstanding. I love them and am extremely happy with my purchase and Joe offers excellent customer service! =)

Payment
** NY State Buyers Please Read **

I'm obligated to charge NY State sales tax on any item(s) delivered to an address within New York State. NYS is unfortunately one of a very few states where sales tax percentages differ from zip code to zip code. Because of this, please follow these instructions when you want to complete an order:

After clicking "Add To Cart", the next screen offers you two choices for payment:

1) PayPal
2) Other

Please choose "Other" and NOT PayPal. This will allow you to submit your zip code information to me and then I can, in turn, email you a revised invoice with the proper sales tax applied. This email will have a direct link back to Etsy to complete the transaction.
Shipping
Estimating shipping charges for large items on online stores like mine is very tricky. But because each product requires a shipping amount to be assigned, I need to put **something**. Therefore the method used by most is to use the shipping calculator of their shipping provider and put in the zip code of the furthest possible location from where the package is being shipped from. I am located in West Babylon, NY so my estimates are usually made using a random Los Angeles zip code.

I use USPS and FedEx for shipping - whichever will get you your piece quickest for the least amount of money. As a rule of thumb, FedEx is best for larger items (32+"), USPS for smaller.

I'm sorry but at this time I do not accept international orders. I hope to be able to do this in the near future.
Refunds and Exchanges
Communication is key. As the creator of a hand-made piece, I know how important it is to communicate to you as much information as possible about the piece itself so there's a mutual understanding of what you'll be receiving from me. In good faith and conscience I will always work with you if you are not satisfied with one of my pieces after receipt. All that I ask is that you extend the same courtesy to me.

Send me an email immediately if you are not satisfied and we will discuss next steps.
