● If your live in a state that requires sales tax be collected on internet purchases it will be added during the checkout process.

● All orders will need to be paid for in full in advance of any design work being started. I no longer do design work before I receive confirmation of an order. I will work with you after I receive the order confirmation to get them exactly as you want them. You will receive a proof for your approval before they are printed.

DIGITAL ITEMS:

If you request a PROOF:

● Upon your approval your order will be emailed to you.
● If you request a change to your order after you have given your approval there will be an additional $10.00 charge for each change.
● There are no refunds on digital files/instant downloads.

PRINTING:
● Printing is done Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays.

● Please make sure that your EMAIL ADDRESS and your SHIPPING ADDRESS are correct on your order.

Our shipping time for orders listed in our shop is is typically 1-3 business days after we receive confirmation of your order unless otherwise noted at the top of each page. We ship USPS First Class which includes FREE tracking within the United States. Shipping on Custom Orders is 1-3 business days after we receive your final proof approval unless otherwise noted at the top of each page. There are no refunds on shipping charges.

According to USPS once your order has shipped to an address in the United States it should take 2-5 days for you to receive it . We have no control over the delivery time once your order is shipped.

There are certain times of the year that are very busy and we may have to extend the shipping by a day or two. Please check the Shop Announcements for any temporary changes in shipping times.

FAQ's
● Am I charged Sales Tax?
If you live in the United States in a state other that requires sales tax to be charged on internet purchases tax will be charged according to the state you live in. Please check Etsy to see if sales tax in charged in your state.

● Can I see a proof before I make a purchase?
All orders will need to be paid for in full in advance of any design work being started. For custom orders I will send a proof. All other orders, proofs available upon request.

● What if my address is incorrect on my Etsy order?
If your address is incorrect on Etsy and your stickers are not delivered to you, you will need to pay for another set plus shipping if you want them reshipped. If your address is incorrect on Etsy and your stickers are returned to me, you will need to pay another shipping charge if you want them reshipped.

● Will I receive a proof on my digital purchase?
If your digital order requires a PROOF you will receive a proof for your approval. If there are corrections they will be made at that time.

● What if I find an error after I approved my digital item?
If you find an error AFTER you have approved your proof and the error is on our part we will make any changes that need to be made and there is no additional charge.

● If you find an error AFTER you have approved your proofs and the error is on your part or you wish to make changes, you are responsible for a $10.00 charge for redoing your order. Please be sure to check everything carefully before approving the proof to avoid the additional charge.

● Orders/proofs are kept in my files for 30 days after which they are deleted.

● MoonLitPrintables is not responsible for the color differences from computer screen to prints. Our color files do not change. There are many printing options available and the colors may vary from what you see on your computer screen.

● Our sticker layouts do not match Avery label templates unless otherwise specified. Please be advised that we are not responsible if you purchase a sticker file to print and it doesn’t line up on your printer. Stickers are difficult to line up even with matching templates.

● All designs are property of A & M Sunshine & Flowers, Inc. DBA MoonLitPrintables. Any use of the design in whole on in part for any purpose other than agreed upon is a violation of copyright. Any design in whole or in part may not be resold. The JPEG files you receive from MoonLitPrintables are to be used for your PERSONAL USE only. ● Use stickers only under adult supervision. NEVER leave baby alone or unattended with the stickers.
