How Long Does a custom portrait it Take?
Oil Paintings, 4 to 7 weeks, usually, depending on time of year, complexity of your painting and drying time.
Watercolor and Ink Paintings, 2 to 3 weeks, usually, depending on the time of year.

How Do You Ship?
I ship either Fedex Home shipping or USPS Priority Mail with tracking, fulling insured, with signature confirmation. I can upgrade to Fedex 2 day or overnight, just contact me for an exact quote for shipping from my door to yours.

Custom portrait paintings and drawings are 100% guaranteed. If you don't absolutely love yours, just return it to me in the same condition sent and I will refund you 100%.
When to Order For Christmas?
It is never too early! Every year I have to disappoint because I can't accept all of the orders of people who want a custom portrait in time for Christmas. Much better to order WAY in advance to guarantee delivery for Christmas gift giving.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel after ordering, I will refund the price minus my time up to the time of your cancellation.

Do you paint really large paintings, like 3 feet by 4 feet?
Yes, I have and I love painting them!
Can you paint anything from a photo?
Yes, as long as you own the copyright to the photo or it's in the public domain. Vacation, scenic, buildings, etc. I can even use your room colors!
