I am easy to work with and am happy to meet your special requests if I can. All orders are produced just for you, so please give me a couple of weeks to get your order made and in the mail. If you require a quicker turnaround, please check out my rush orders section.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept Paypal. You can pay with your credit card via Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.

I also am obligated to charge sales tax to shipments in the state of California.
Shipping
My guarantee--I will never try to make a profit on shipping and handling! Double boxing your ceramic plates to ensure their safe delivery isn't cheap. Sometimes I wish I sold bookmarks, but I think the plates are pretty cool and hopefully you will too.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a custom-designed item I can't accept refunds, unless you cancel an order before I've begun to produce it; however, I will fully replace anything that is damaged in transit.

I send proofs for all personalized items before getting started. PLEASE carefully review the proofs for spelling, especially names. I send more than 200 proofs per month and am bound to spell a name wrong here or there, since I am unfamiliar with your family. If you OK a proof and then notice a mistake on the finished product, I CANNOT REFUND.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm a nosy person by nature; my family still teases me about "giving everybody the third degree," so I always love to hear the story behind your order--if it's an inside joke, nickname, etc. I'm curious but I'll never ask because it's none of my business (another thing I hear often from my family...)
