Can't thank you enough for these, we gave these to our parents as wedding gifts and they were so appreciative. They turned out absolutely beautiful and arrived promptly

My wife and I presented this to my parents as a token of appreciation for everything they did to prepare the wedding ceremony (entire day, really) and make it so special. It was the perfect gift and the perfect moment when we (my wife and I) presented the plate to my parents. As you might expect, it brought tears. The plate is great quality, and arrived in more than sufficient packaging and protection; the box holding the plate had a bubble wrap lining, and was shipped in a USPS box filled with peanuts for additional protection. Couldn't be happier! Would most definitely recommend!

Shipping
My guarantee--I will never try to make a profit on shipping and handling! Double boxing your ceramic plates to ensure their safe delivery isn't cheap. Sometimes I wish I sold bookmarks, but I think the plates are pretty cool and hopefully you will too.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a custom-designed item I can't accept refunds, unless you cancel an order before I've begun to produce it; however, I will fully replace anything that is damaged in transit.

I send proofs for all personalized items before getting started. PLEASE carefully review the proofs for spelling, especially names. I send more than 200 proofs per month and am bound to spell a name wrong here or there, since I am unfamiliar with your family. If you OK a proof and then notice a mistake on the finished product, I CANNOT REFUND.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm a nosy person by nature; my family still teases me about "giving everybody the third degree," so I always love to hear the story behind your order--if it's an inside joke, nickname, etc. I'm curious but I'll never ask because it's none of my business (another thing I hear often from my family...)
