We are excited for the growth and things to come in the near future for our homemade business. Our signs are metal only unless otherwise specifically noted in the listing. We are currently adding throw pillows, t-shirts and decals/stickers.

***Due to the COVID-19 pandemic processing times and shipping times may vary and be delayed. Also, depending on availability of supplies, pieces may also vary in materials used. Our metal art will continue to be excellent quality and value. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding while we all try to navigate. Fine Print:

[1] Current Lead Time:
- For in stock items, our processing time is usually 3-7 business days. On custom orders, it takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks to create, produce and ship out.

[2] How Long Does Shipping Take:
-FREE SHIPPING - Items that are marked FREE SHIPPING include USPS Ground Parcel Select or First Class. If you would like to upgrade to a quicker Priority Mail, you must purchase the upgrade at checkout. If you would like to go with a different mail carrier, please contact us to make arrangements for additional fees.

- Shipping times usually take between 2-9 days. We use USPS and FEDEX for shipping. Because of the COVID pandemic we are seeing much longer shipping times and delays. There are quicker shipping options available for purchase at checkout. If you need your order sooner, please add the rush my order listing to your order and let us know when you need your item ASAP. We do our best to be accommodating.

- Our metal signs currently ship from Utah or Hawaii.

- International shipping can take 2-8 weeks depending on customs. Global Postal Shipping is taking much longer than that at times. Orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. Please be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees ONLY! We will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.

[3] Custom Orders:
- Yes, we love custom orders! Send us a message with your custom request and we can discuss details and get your idea created for you. We are up for any challenge and have many metal working tools besides the cnc plasma cutter to make your ideas a reality.

-Proofs will be sent for personalized orders. After 24 hours, if no response, the piece will be cut exactly like the proof, finished and shipped out.

[4] Personalization:
- Please note in the "notes to seller" section at checkout, your personalization requests. Some items come with personalization & some do not. Please read all listings carefully. Requests for changes in a design or personalization to an existing design will be an additional fee.

[5] Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses:
~We cannot change an address to a different ship to address after the order has been placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, it is the buyers responsibility to first reorder with the correct ship to address and then second request a cancelation and refund of the original order. Even if you would rather us make a note in the account of the correct address and try to remember to update it at shipping instead of reordering, we can not guarantee that will happen. It is still the buyers responsibility of the incorrect address provided, not Simply Royal Design.

~We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional shipping charges incurred from a wrong address provided will be the buyers responsibility and you will need to pay new shipping charges to resend.

[6] Returns & Exchanges:
~We do not offer returns and exchanges. cancellations or refunds on non-personalized or custom orders.

[7] Hanging our metal art:
~Most of our metal art is made out of 16 gauge mild steel. This makes it durable, but also light enough for shipping and hanging. We personally like to hang our pieces with small nails or sewing needles using the existing cutout (void) areas. We find that this doesn't take away from the design and hangs flush against the wall. Small holes can be added at checkout for no extra charge on most of our items. If an item doesn't have that option you can request a hole to be added in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. A lot of our customers have also been successful using double-sided command strips. Our pieces are also magnetic!
